This campaign was largely ran through the Greater Toronto region of Canada in partnership with the Toronto Raptors and Sport Chek. The goal of this video was to speak to the Toronto audience with music that relates to the current culture surrounding basketball. Considering that the hometown hero Drake is pretty much dominating that scene and Canadians have lots to be proud of when it comes to his accomplishments in music, it made sense to make something that would fit in the timbre of the material he was currently putting out. Using certain percussive treatments along with filters over the synths in the instrumental and cutting the tempo into halftime, I managed to create an audio canvas that compliments the slow-moving pan shots and emotional focus on the players in the video.
